Ref: J2117 - Our client is seeking a Team Leader, Operations - UK, Gtr London / SE Eng - Asset Finance to assume responsibility for managing the processes of a the Operations team and monitoring and optimising the use of systems to ensure a high quality, accurate, friendly and timely service to customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Provide input to the Operations plan and objectives and translate these into a yearly plan for own team.
Coordinate all operational activities and maintain overview on the workload of the team, anticipating changes and developments in customer programs which may effect workload.
Ensure the activation, monitoring and management of (new) contracts and Service Level Agreements developed with Sales, and ensure service to customers and availability of systems and tools (IT, communication) matches the customer agreement. 
Manage, monitor and optimise the performance of Sales Support policy, activities and team.
Handle and solve operations incidents and customer complaints.
Help develop and implement KPIs / metrics on operations to monitor and analyze performance and report on opportunities for improvement.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Educated to at least A-level.
Extensive insight and experience in the finance markets, relevant lease market and corresponding sales support processes.
Strong relationship skills to support internal and external customers.
Proven experience of dealing with external customers, including complaint handling.
Planning and management experience of a small to medium sales support team.
Experience of identifying opportunities and driving process improvements.
Ability to coach and motivate.
Good communication and organisation skills.
