Job Description :

J2212 - Our client is seeking an Internal Sales Manager - UK, SE Eng / Thames Valley to support the external sales team with applications for finance, and new business quotations. You will manage all aspects of introducer queries, documentation and client follow up whilst maintaining a focus on customer service. You will develop and maintain existing partner programmes, provide client relationship management support, lead key business initiatives and support product development.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Manage an internal sales team in the small to middle ticket leasing transaction space.
Following up end user customer introductions, proactively make telephone calls to
discuss financing requirements, negotiate pricing and close the sale.
In conjunction with external sales, manage pipeline, KPI’s and targets on a monthly
basis.
Manage Risk declines and act as the first point of contact for appealing decisions.
Prepare programme summaries and annual credit and documentation reviews.
Provision of telephone based sales support for all introducers.
Production of quotations, credit applications, & documentation checks.
Account manage introducer relationships proactively by telephone, and to develop
incremental business opportunities.
Create and distribute management information on a monthly basis to introducers..

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Good experience of Asset Finance and Leasing.
Strong team player with team leader / management experience.
You must be comfortable operating in a high volume environment, where tasks and priorities will change regularly.
You will be an inspiring team leader who invests high levels of energy to achieve business goals and a culture where focus is on customer service and continuous improvement by training and development.
This is a high profile role where the salary will be dependant on experience and ability.
