Base salary range up to c£80,000 with the potential to earn a bonus of up to 200% of salary. All usual large company benefits including a company car and a generous pension are provided.
Our client, for whom we have sourced a number of staff, are seeking to further expand their business with the addition of an additional Relationship Director to drive full service IT finance business across Southern England.
You role will be to identify, prospect and win new customer business in the commercial SME & SMB sectors providing customers with full service lease solutions.
Whilst you will also tactically engage with opportunities that are derived from introductions from lease brokers and also from IT resellers the primary focus of your role is to identify, prospect & win self sourced business.
You will be offering not only residual value driven finance across all hardware platforms & associated services but selling procurement, in life asset management and end of life solutions.
You will be tasked to achieve realistic volume and income targets managing and developing the portfolio you create.
We are primarily seeking applicants who have successful experience in the direct to corporate IT finance sector but may consider applications from those whose experience is IT vendor driven but can demonstrate real success in getting access to talk to the customer directly and have the skills to build a business plan to primarily self source new business in this role.
Exceptionally our client may consider applicants from those who have a demonstrable record of success in main stream asset finance where you have largely been finding business yourself rather been introduced to it by a parent bank. If you are applying from a non IT finance background you will need to demonstrate how rapidly you can make the transition from selling more typically money over money HP etc to selling full service lease solutions fair market value solutions.
Whatever your background you must be a new business hunter. You will be focussed, persistent, resilient and be driven by success but must also be a team player with a consultative sales approach and be able to influence across multiple functions of a corporate customer – IT, purchasing, finance, tax, treasury.
You must be able articulate the breadth of value that our client can offer and also possess collaborative skills to maximise opportunities from across the wider group you are part of.
