Our client are seeking two additional new business hunters to develop transport asset finance business in the North of England. Ideally located close to Manchester and Leeds but flexibility exists south of York.

You may inherit a very small number of customers on your sales area but this is a new business role where your focus will be on developing direct or dealer introduced business not broker business.

Our client are seeking applications from those who have the skills to set out at higher rates, but be very well rewarded for the ability to do so. Sales targets are very realistic.

We are happy to share with appropriately skilled applicants the following

  • Average deal sizes.
  • The actual volumes being achieved by the leading performers in the sales team.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking self managing new business hunters who have a strong background in direct driven self sourced, preferably , or dealer sourced asset finance.

Knowledge of the transport asset finance sector or closely related hard asset sectors is much required as is a real desire to earn a very high and totally uncapped income.

You may today work for lease broker perhaps with a low salary or possibly commission only and be seeking to work for a major head lessor and with a proper salary and benefits but still have uncapped income.

You might be someone working for a tier one bank asset financier tired of writing large volumes but not being properly rewarded for your efforts.

Whatever your background you must be a new business hunter who has the ability to sell out at higher margins & also sell value added insurance products but will enjoy working in an environment where a much wider range of credits are accepted than you may be used to.
