Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK has announced a major restructuring of its senior management team.

At Fiat/Abarth, Alejandro Noriega has been appointed country manager, Fiat and Abarth, and will oversee retail sales and marketing for the two brands. He was previously head of the Fiat Professional brand, which will now be led by new country manager Richard Chamberlain.

Chamberlain will be responsible for all business activities of FCA’s UK commercial vehicle division. He joined FCA in November 2016 from Renault Trucks, and has experience at both OEM level and dealer retail, having also worked for Inchcape Mercedes as national corporate manager.

Lee Titchner has been appointed network development director, responsible for FCA dealers across the UK and Ireland, moving from his previous role as head of FCA UK’s Mopar division.

At Mopar, Sebastiano Fedrigo has been named as the new service, parts and customer care director. He previously headed up the Fiat and Abarth brands in the UK and Ireland.

At Jeep and Alfa Romeo, country manager Damien Dally has moved to a role in FCA HQ in Turin and his replacement will be announced in the coming weeks.

Ashley Andrew, managing director, FCA UK (pictured above), said: “I am delighted that the new structure of the company is now aligned with the needs of both our customers and dealer partners.

“We have the right people heading up these particular departments, with great teams in support, totally focused on the growth of FCA in the UK and Ireland."

The changes take immediate effect.
