Our client is a provider of great consumer and specialist finance products in niche areas.
They are looking for a Customer Services Manager to help design, shape and manage the Customer Service Strategy. It will be very much a hands on role with a requirement to support other aspects of the business - particularly Credit.
You will need to instil a customer focused culture, respond to all customer contact and embed the company's strategy throughout the business.
The successful candidate will be driven and ambitious and be passionate about joining a start up company.
You will have a proven track record in Customer Services and managing people and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels both internally and externally.
Experience in banking or Financial Services is essential.
