Our client is a highly regarded, well established and broad ranging financial group with continuing plans for growth. The Operations function is crucial to their continued success and key to activity. They are looking for an Operations Associate to join their specialist team provide support to customers and internally.
The successful candidate will provide dedicated support for the originations process, you'll check and book transactions and encourage Dealer engagement / facility utilisation. You'll also aim to minimise risk by adhering to policies, manage in-life stocking facilities activity to encourage customer retention, and help to develop systems and automation by undertaking testing, documenting, implementing and training. As the principal point of contact for customers, you'll support the sales team in establishing new relationships and maintaining existing ones, aiming to enable a first class customer experience by providing a responsive, quick and thorough service through a 'right first time' approach.
It is essential that you have some experience of financial services and have a 'can do' attitude and are a team player.
