Our client is a well-established provider of equipment leasing to SME businesses across the UK.
They are expanding their internal support function, and are looking to recruit an experienced customer service exec/administrator to join their team.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales function in terms of processing documentation, inputting new deals, working to agreed SLA’s and tight deadlines.
There will also be a requirement to liaise with customers over the phone, handling any queries and customer service issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring an excellent customer journey.
The successful candidate will ideally have some experience of the financial services sector – this could be from asset finance, equipment leasing, motor finance or similar. Most importantly, you will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and prioritising skills, and be comfortable speaking with customers and colleagues alike over the phone.
