Our client is fast growing and successful asset finance provider who due to continued growth and development are looking to recruit to Sales Manager to work out of their Manchester office.
You will be responsible for managing a developing a team of internally based Asset Finance Account Managers who develop new SME asset finance business by working closely with one their partner relationships.
- Leadership and management of the Internal Account Management Team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with your team to identify training needs.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring tailored to each individual member of your team.
- Ensure adherence to all service levels and KPI’s.
- Be a subject matter experience for the team, supporting external customer conversations where required.
- Drive team performance to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Performance reporting and forecasting.
- Ensure your team understand and adhere to all audit and compliance responsibilities.
To be successfully in this role you will need to have experience of running a sales team in the asset finance marketplace. You will need to have experience of training and developing as well as achieving demanding team targets.
