Our client is a well-established, market leader in their sector. They specialise in providing consumer lending solutions for a broad range of products, supporting customers across the UK.
They are undergoing a sustained period of significant growth and success, and as such, are looking to appoint an internal account manager, who will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing business introducer relationships, in order to maximise further opportunities.
You will be responsible for maintaining regular telephone contact with your portfolio, ensuring relationships are maintained, dealing with general queries, requests for new business quotations, and ultimately providing day to day support for your client base.
The successful candidate will have similar experience within an internal account management function, ideally from within the financial services sector – this could be from consumer finance, motor finance, asset finance or banking.
You will be well organised, personable, with excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
