We are working with a Tier 2 Asset Finance House that is looking for 2 additional Sales Executives that they can train and develop into Asset Finance Broker Managers. Locations of particular interest are the West Midlands and North East regions but we would still be interested in speaking with you if your location doesn’t fit these locations.

We are looking for candidates who have some sales experience gained in the asset finance but are looking for their next career step. You may perhaps be an Internal Sales position at the moment but keen to take your next step. With these opportunities, you will receive the training and development required to progress into a Hard Asset Broker Manager fairly quickly. Your salary will also increase as you develop and it is anticipated that if you start in the role on a basic of £27,000 (plus car) and as you perform well, your basic salary will be £35,000 by the end of your first year. You will also receive a company car and uncapped commission.
