James George Recruitment was established 2 years ago and has built divisions within both the Asset Finance industry and Accountancy.
Our team is made up of Business Development Consultants, Delivery Consultants and a strong Resourcing function. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add an additional Business Development Consultant, someone who can contribute to the strategic direction of the business, to either strengthen our current divisions or to focus on another market within Banking/Financial Services.
Ideally, you will have a recruitment background and an established Client base that you can bring with you.. But… we are also realistic and are more interested in hiring someone with the sales skills, ability to build long term relationships and a real desire to succeed! For example, you may have worked in an Internal Sales role within a specialist Financial Services market, so you will have the industry knowledge required to build rapport with Clients quickly. You will be joining an experienced recruitment team who will source and manage the candidates – your main function will be to open doors with Clients.
We have offices based in Halstead, North Essex. It is envisaged that a big part of your role will be going out, meeting Clients to present our offering and to onboard new Clients/vacancies. You will then relay the details to our Delivery and Resourcing teams who will create a shortlist of candidates.
