We are currently working with a leading Asset Finance provider based in Surrey that is looking to add a Team Leader to their highly performing Agricultural division.

You will be leading a small team of Account Managers within the Ag vertical. This is an office based role where you will have continual contact with both internal and external customers, therefore the ability to build relationships and prioritise workload will be key to your success.

It will be important to develop strong personal relationships with vendors, dealers and partners to ensure that you become the first internal point of contact for proposals, quotations, documentation, risk queries and appeals.

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will ideally possess a minimum of 4 years’ experience gained in the Asset Finance industry, ideally with some of this time specialising in Agricultural assets. You will also be sales driven and have an understanding of credit requirements to present deals and challenge referrals and declines. Some supervisory experience is also strongly preferred.
