We are working with a leading Asset Finance provider based in Surrey that is looking to add a Team Leader to their highly performing Sales Team.
You will be leading a small team of Account Managers within their ‘Hard Asset’ division. This is an office based role where you will have continual contact with both internal and external customers, therefore the ability to build relationships and prioritise workload will be key to your success. It will be important to develop strong personal relationships with Brokers, Vendors, Dealers and Partners to ensure that you and your team become the first internal point of contact for proposals, quotations, documentation, risk queries and appeals. You will help to write processes and ensure that your team know how to record all information thoroughly.
In order to be considered for this opportunity you will ideally possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience gained in the Asset Finance industry, ideally from within the ‘Hard Asset’ market where the ‘route to market’ is via Brokers. Some experience dealing with Agricultural assets will also be a strong advantage but is not essential. You will be sales driven and have an understanding of credit requirements to present deals and challenge referrals and declines. Some supervisory experience is preferred as you must be able to direct and delegate within your team.
