LMA Recruitment have partnered with a leading Asset Finance Lender that is looking for an Analyst for their Business Change department.

Your duties will include:

  • Review business processes with a view to implementing changes.
  • Assist with the management of projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with other internal departments.
  • Develop front end pricing and CRM tools.
  • Analyse and document data and business change requirements.
  • To train team members to any change of processes.
  • To work with IT to ensure smooth running of applications/systems.

In order to be considered for this position you must possess:

  • Excellent knowledge of the Asset Finance industry.
  • Ability to organize and run workshops regarding new changes.
  • Strong data analysis.
  • Experience with Leasing systems preferred.
  • Experience with pricing systems preferred.
