The Role
We are looking for a Payments Solutions Specialist to add to the existing team to work with the managed services sales team and their customers to identify finance opportunities. Within this role you will develop and build new product offerings, educate and train the sales team on how to identify leasing opportunities to support the customer acquisition, retention and penetration of these relationships. You will also work closely with the internal finance solutions team to bring the deals to closure. The deals written are in the mid to large corporate enterprise and public sector market places.
Requirements:
- 3 Years + Leasing experience. This could be across the Asset Finance, Technology Finance or Fleet Leasing sector.
- 3 Years + Sales, business development and or marketing.
- Demonstrate active listening skills.
- Ability to demonstrate selling outcomes rather than product.
- Business development.
- Product management & marketing.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong personal & inter relationship skills.
- Working with multiple stakeholders including Senior Board members, legal, operations & finance, internal and external sales colleagues.
- Results and actions orientated.
