Our client is a leading financial services institution who are seeking someone to join their Construction division. To be considered for this role you must have experience in the hard asset sector, ideally from within a vendor construction leasing capacity.
The purpose of the Relationship Manager role is to build and maintain excellent relationships with vendor / dealer / broker partners to deliver best in class service whilst maximising volumes and profitability.
The successful candidate should have had a minimum of 5 years previous experience in a sales account management position within the leasing / finance industry. Knowledge and experience in construction leasing would be preferable together with a good understanding of the financial service requirements to support dealer \ distributor customers.
This field-based role will have contact with both internal and external customers, therefore the ability to present, negotiate and build relationships and to be able to prioritise work will be key to success as will the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding whilst maintaining a clear focus on the objective.
The role requires a significant degree of self-motivation and tenacity to achieve target objectives to expand and grow the vendor business.
