Our client is a very successful asset finance provider into the UK SME sector are one of the fastest growing asset finance companies in the market due to substantial growth and product expansion over the past few years.

They are looking to recruit a broker manager to drive the performance of new and existing brokers whilst developing the strategy to ensure they write good quality deals and build long term sustainable broker relationships.

We are looking for someone who has asset finance experience who is ideally a broker manager currently.

What is key is that the person can generate new broker introduced business with good relationship management skills and be able to put together new lending propositions to the credit team.
