J2370 - Our client is seeking a Executive Partner Development Account Manager to serve as the overall sales lead for major account partners in Germany. You will understand the partner’s key business challenges, growth initiatives and go to market strategy and will focus on driving value for the partner as well as maximise sales and margin for our client. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Serve as the expert to the partner for extremely complex information / solutions regarding finance structures /solutions and asset management.
Promote finance offerings to become a key part of the partner's business and solutions.
Assist partner to sell company brand to end-customers.
Identify partner / customer requirements, match with client capabilities and build high quality and compelling solutions.
Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth.
Create, fills-in and manage finance funnel for deals with partners and transform potential leads into joint sales activities.
Pipeline management.
Relationship management: Significant percentage of time spent directly with the partner; interface with up to C-level.
Maintain a high-level of partner loyalty and build trust and integrity.
Actively engage client resources and senior executives to build strategic relationships with the partner to ensure long- term business opportunities.
Provide business rationale and risk assessment for making company investments in the partner.
Responsible for achieving/managing quarterly, half yearly, annual quota and/or margin.
End to end finance opportunity management.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Degree educated.
Typically 8-12 years of selling experience at end- user account or partner level.
Experience selling to partners in a complex environment.
Financial services industry experience required.
Languages: German and English.
Good leadership skills and cross functional expertise.
Expert in IT investment / Finance solutions as well as competitor offerings.
Broad understanding of the partners / customer's needs; apply creative solutions to meet those needs; particularly considering the specific requirements and drivers.
Ability to motivate partner’s sales force.
Ability to coordinate multiple internal and partner’s stakeholder on multiple levels to drive pipeline and sales.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
