Job Description :

J2373 - Our client is seeking a Senior Broker Development Manager to deliver the agreed Sales and Service levels to a Broker Network within the Midlands and surrounding a geographical area. Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Mids.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Ddevelop new broker relationships.
Retain and support approved brokers in the geographical area with a higher emphasis on Premiership Category Brokers.
Promote the benefits of client financing officers in order to become the preferred funder for the broker network.
Achieve enhanced new business volume goals whilst maintaining required margins.
Prove invaluable to the broker network by executing a service plan.
To be the face of the client, act as the conduit for new business proposals from the broker base and the decisions from underwriters.
Where appropriate and requested, manage others on the BDM Training Programme.
Build positive relationships with customers by meeting needs in line with company expectations.
Generate further enhanced income by proactively seeking referrals from existing clients.
Generate income from both Financing and associated products.
Maintain and provide high level administration support.
Ensure that all relevant income is tracked and received.
Maintain up to date computer records of Finance Agreements and associated products sold to customers.
Ensure that administration and business conducted is in line with regulatory requirements and company expectations.
