J2410 - Our client is seeking a Sales Support Manager to manage operational and sales support activities in order to deliver a class-leading level of service to customers and dealers. In particular, you will manage 2 teams: Dealer Support - providing retail sales support for dealers customers and

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Manage all aspects of retail contract processing from activation to settlement ensuring that the service levels, quality and process efficiency are maintained.
Manage the sales support function to ensure that the high level of service is provided to dealers and customers.
Manage process for provision of settlement quotes to retail customers.
Manage process for timely and accurate resolution of issues arising with new business including those allocated documentation with errors status.
Mailing and scanning; coordination of mailing and scanning activities.
Coordinate all operational activities and maintain overview of the workloads of the various teams, anticipate and plan for fluctuations in business and staffing levels.
Provide support where and when required to front and back-office teams.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Minimum 6 to 10 years’ experience in a financial services management role.
Operations and sales support experience.
Experience of all aspects of managing a medium sized team.
Experience of use and management of complex IT systems.
FCA regulated environment experience (desired).
Exposure to the agricultural sector (desired).
Organised and structured in approach.
Comfortable working in complex environments with deadlines.
A manager who leads from example, comfortable to delegate but also to step-in where needed.
Friendly and approachable manner.
