KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Build growth opportunities and pipeline using prospecting and client account planning process.
Ongoing acquisition of new customers.
Identify customer requirements; match with client capabilities and build high quality, compelling solutions.
Extensive time working with and leveraging external partners to scale and drive sales.
Significant percentage of time spent directly with customer; interface with all levels, including highest within customer organization; highly diverse set of functions and buyers; focus in on management level.
Maintain high-level of customer loyalty and build trust and integrity.
End to end opportunity management skills.
Understand pipeline management principles.
Responsible for achieving / managing quarterly, half yearly, annual revenue and margin objectives.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Degree educated.
Fluent in German and English.
Ideally you will have detailed knowledge of key customer types, partners and financial services.
Viewed as expert in company; sought out by other Sales Representatives and/or first level managers for input.
Typically 8-12 years of advanced sales experience but they will also consider for a more junior profile, perhaps 1-3 years IT sales experience or asset finance sales experience. Culture fit is important so this opportunity will suit someone with good energy and desire to succeed.
Financial services industry experience desirable.
Is ideally considered an expert in knowledge about IT investment solutions as well as competitor’s offerings.
Ideally understands the industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated, and integrates this knowledge into consultative selling.
You will ideally have an understanding of the customer's needs; applies standard as well as creative solutions to meet those needs; particularly considering the specific industry/market.
Relevant knowledge of client's industry; keeps abreast of trends and lead discussions on strategic directions.
Ability to understand the customer's business issues and translate to the company's solutions.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing however for this vacancy a background in IT sales will also be considered.
