J2431 - Our client is seeking a Global Account Executive to leverage all products and services (direct leasing, embedded leasing, Value Added Services), ensuring priority and growth on high margin / strategic financing capabilities, on both a global and local basis. You are expected to understand the business drivers for each customer and to craft financial solutions which favourably impact those drivers. This role requires a solid understanding of the IT industry, particularly solution design / structure and selling at the highest levels within assigned accounts. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Serve as the focal point for financial solutions engagement with selected Global Accounts, representing and selling the full value proposition including leasing, Value Added Services (Asset Recovery Services, Pre-owned sales and short-term rentals), Embedded Leasing, and New Style of IT offers.
Establish and execute the Account Business Plan for each assigned Global Account encompassing the full range of financial solutions and and routes to market. Engage other sales specialists as required to provide expertise in specific areas in alignment with the overall account plan and account relationship goals.
Educate the wider sales teams on the benefits of finance offerings to close multi-year, multi-million dollar transactions with large corporate customers.
Call on the key decision-makers at the end-user, with a strong emphasis on the CxO level,
to understand their explicit needs ensuring alignment to their key performance indicators
(KPI’s), enabling a trusted advisor status in the account.
Meet or exceed all assigned quota elements.
Influence the strategies that customers adopt to maximize the utility of finance offerings.
Further penetrate assigned accounts by identifying opportunity for add-on sales for all
financing capabilities.
Influence wider sales teams to include finance solutions in all addressable proposals.
Maintain an accurate and timely updated pipeline and forecast on qualified opportunities.
Work with internal resources including sales management, portfolio management, marketing, lease administration, solution managers, etc., to build win-win propositions to meet their clients’ needs and KPI’s.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

8+ years lease finance sales experience, selling to major accounts, achieving and
exceeding revenue targets.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain executive relationships, including CxO,
within Fortune 500 companies.
College degree required, post graduate degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop a strategic Account Business Plan and to work with that
plan.
Selling at senior executive levels in large companies, including multi-nationals.
Successful negotiation of contracts.
Demonstrated leadership in situations without authority.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
In depth knowledge of financing and asset management.
Fluent in German and English.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
