J2455 - Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to assume responsibility for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities and building commercial contacts (primarily by telephone) with customers, partners and prospects to achieve lease penetration rate, new business volume and profitability objectives. Salary up to £42,000 plus excellent benefits and bonus.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Identify sales opportunities with relations and prospects by phone, ensure follow up on sales- and fee opportunities within organization and receive and manage quote requests via multiple sales channels.
Call relations and prospects and bring financing- and vendor program opportunities to their attention, enthusing them for financing propositions.
Set-up quotes, enter quote determinants in system and generate and distribute quote proposals / rate cards to relations and prospects on basis of quote requests.
Organize and provide information and training to customers and partners on programs, problem solving and / or provide dealer support in relations with end users from a financing expertise perspective.
Contribute to the department market and sales plan and targets based on market analysis and the identification of new market segments and sales opportunities.
Contribute to, get approval for and implement the customer plan and targets, aligning and liaising with all relevant functions.
Signal improvement opportunities during program life cycle and introduce new and cross-sell existing products and services to customer.
Manage the business relationships with customers throughout the relationship life cycle.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

You will ideally be degree educated.
A bright, resilient self-starter.
IT finance experience distinctly advantageous.
Well organised with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to originate sales leads, through sales calls.
Internal Account Management experience with ability to implement an Account Plan and develop sales opportunities.
Relationship management skills.
Although this is predominantly an internal sales role, there will be a requirement for face to face meetings with partners (1 day / wk).
We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
