Job Description :

J2467 - Our client is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to work within the Operations Team providing sales support to both external and internal customers and also accurate and efficient contract administration for all contracts; leasing or other. Salary: To £32,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Reigate / Surrey

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Administrating the pay-out process for new business transactions from pricing and proposal stage through to pay-out.
Preparation of customer financial documentation and leasing contracts.
Load leasing transactions onto the Lease Administration System.
Liaising with the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of all suppliers.
Issuing of invoices and copy lease documentation to customers as part of the post payment process and as part of the ongoing life cycle of the leasing transactions through to end of lease and secondary periods.
Filing and Scanning of all leasing documentation
Provide a point of contact for general queries on lease documentation and the Lease Administration system for the Sales Team.
Calculation of contractual settlement and termination figures.
Coordination of offsite document archiving
Coordinate the sending out of all external post.
All round team member who will be willing to get involved in issues and areas outside of their specific job role as required within a small company environment.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Posses accurate, effective administrative and organisational skills.
Bring any possible improvements of current processes to the attention of the Head of Operations.
It is essential to be able to work under own initiative and effectively manage resources within given timescales.
Ability to work accurately under pressure at busy periods.
To be a good communicator, able to project a positive image to all third parties.
To work within agreed policies and procedures and with due regard to Equal Opportunities and Health and Safety considerations.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
