KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Exceptional level of integrity and commitment coupled with a deep knowledge of the various economic and financial models available in support of product and / or Managed Service opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales and end-user decision makers at C-Level.
Track record of problem solving – owns issues, resolves where possible and escalates as required.
Can demonstrate ‘out of box’ thinking.
Can read, report, evaluate and react to Financial metrics & measurements.
Act as the regional economic value advisor to regional sales teams for the development of customer proposals.
Ensure awareness is established through the product sales teams on the benefits of finance-led models to support the closing of transactions.
Influence the sales teams to include financing solutions in all addressable proposals and establish the confidence of sales to allow and manage customer interaction.
Achieve finance attach rate metrics, new business volumes and margin targets whilst maintaining an accurate and timely updated business pipeline and forecast
Further penetrate assigned accounts or existing customers by identifying opportunity for add-on sales, upgrades or mid-term interruptions.
Manage the account relationship as the primary point person for financing solutions.
Assume responsibility for the successful implementation of financing solutions and the on-going servicing of the account for the entire life cycle of the agreement.
Work with internal resources including sales management, marketing, lease administration, to maximise business opportunities and margins.
Ability to feed back to management on products or services that would enhance the core offerings and drive deeper engagement and margin achievement.
Ability to plan & prioritise tasks to ensure commitments are met in agreed timescales.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Minimum 5 years’ Leasing or IT Sales experience
IT Captive experience an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with IT Managed Service within the UK channel space.
Proven record of meeting and exceeding assigned targets.
Channel partner experience (not necessarily IT Finance).
Ability to solution-sell and build relationships at C-Level in mid-large corporates.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team with strong collaboration skills.
Successful negotiation of contracts.
Demonstrated leadership in situations without authority.
Knowledge of financing and IT industry offerings and an ability to differentiate our value from competitive offerings.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
