Job Description :

J2475 - Our client is seeking an Internal Sales Team Leader, Tech Finance to work alongside Field Sales Managers, other Internal Account Managers and Risk to create, build and maintain excellent relationships with vendors, dealers and broker partners to deliver best in class pre sales support in order to maximize financing volumes and profitability. Salary: To £43,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Gtr London / Richmond.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Supervise, coach, train and mentor the team of Account Managers to its maximum performance.
Work alongside and support the team of Account Managers and Field Sales Managers to develop and maintain existing broker/reseller programmes in terms of relationship and business volume.
Build strong personal relationships with dealer / broker partners and ensure the team becomes the first internal point of contact for proposals, quotations documentation, risk queries and appeals.
Ensure team proactively make telephone calls to dealer / broker partners to ensure a consistent and high level of service, this is managed on a daily basis to ensure quality calls are being made and recorded.
Ensure team manages dealer / broker pipelines by calling and contacting the introducers within the agreed timescales for the relationship or on a regular basis.
Proactively manage the team to research and identify new vendor/dealer relationships.
Ensure team inputs proposals into system having gathered accounts and all relevant information to assist Risk in making quick, informed decisions.
Manage risk declines and ensure the team acts as a first point of contact for appealing decisions.
As a team, hit conversion targets of accepted/proposed deals to funded business.
Prepare and submit residual value applications for approval.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

4 years+ experience in sales support \ internal sales function
Ability to supervise team and manage performance of individuals.
Contribute to the development of a supportive, flexible and dynamic team environment so ensuring personal and business needs are met, willingness to learn.
Excellent customer care, good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Strong credit skills to present deals and challenge referrals and declines – preferred.
Ability to use KPMG Classic tool and HP17 or equivalent.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good time management, organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
IT skills to include word/excel/ and ability to learn new IT products.
Experience and comfortable in participating in external customer meetings .
Act with integrity at all times and embrace the philosophy of treating customers fairly.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
