J2535 - Our client is seeking an Internal Sales Team Leader to optimise response and service levels to partners and customers. You will ensure the team are taking a proactive approach in regularly speaking to partners, as well as taking ownership of the development and performance of the Internal Sales team. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Providing regular, key communications in the team to ensure operational excellence.
Identifying root causes of process issues and managing resolutions.
Working on key process improvement projects.
Determining, monitoring and managing of team service levels.
Working across departments to resolve hand-off issues.
Working with Digital tools and assisting in managing Ecommerce information for the team.
Management Reporting
Organising the team to take a proactive approach to generating further business.
Monitoring usage of CRM System.
Handling and solving of operational incidents and complaints.
Facilitating team huddles.
Performance management and appraisals of team members.
Managing the change impact of new technology on people.
Managing resource levels at key periods.
