J2563 - Our client is seeking a Pre-Risk Coordinator to provide effective and high quality administrative support within the Risk management line. You will enable the Risk team to minimise response times and maximise productivity by performing regular and ad-hoc administrative tasks. Salary: c£24,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Complete Pre-Risk Credit searches with our Credit Reference Agency when automated searches are unable to identify the exact customer / entity to be searched.
Save these searches on system for the underwriter to make their decision.
Carry out Customer Due Diligence and sense checks on customers and transactions.
Cross reference our customers and their Ultimate Beneficial Owners against database of higher risk companies and individuals.
Review the suppliers on customer transactions to ensure they are genuine, bona fide dealerships / suppliers of the equipment our cleint is asked to fund. Where and when appropriate to authorise suppliers.
Responsible for the Risk Check Conditions workflow queue. This involves delivering a consistent and swift response to a limited number of queries sent to the Risk team by the payout team.
Adherence to the Risk team’s SLA and delivering considered, professional responses to requests from internal departments.
Provide clear rationale to your recommendations when discussing Customer Due Diligence issues with Compliance.
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks for the Risk team and ensure accurate data is held and maintained on core underwriting and customer management system.
