Job Description :

J2573 - Our client is seeking a Regional Finance Manager, Hard Assets, to support the sales activity of Hard Asset equipment vendors and their respective dealer networks by continually promoting the use of financial solutions. Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus excellent benefit and bonus. Location: UK, E Mids / Northampton.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Establishing and maintaining regular dialogue with Dealers, Manufacturers’ Area Managers and Brokers
Identifying finance knowledge gaps within dealers and provide training / support to address these.
Working cooperatively with the vendor Internal Sales Team to ensure a consistent and proactive service for all external stakeholders.
Submitting credit applications, providing an appropriate level of supporting detail and insight.
Manage the communication process; consulting with Credit & other internal departments as required.
Leverage dealer relationships to drive used and “allied” business volumes.
Maintaining the contacts database within Dealerships and Brokers.
Conducting ad-hoc stock checks and assist remarketing collection activities when required.
Providing support to manufacturers and dealers at show and open days, attending in line with expectations and priorities.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Line Manager.
Responsible for adhering to policies, procedures, guidelines and the internal control framework established to guide the operation of their function in addition to regulatory compliance requirements.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Ability to work independently as part of a wider team
Proven track record of working from home in an autonomous way.
Strong sales and relationship management experience; preferably in a Dealer Account Management / Business Development role.
Knowledge of asset finance and leasing the industry.
Knowledge and appreciation of Materials Handling, Construction and Agricultural Machinery.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
