KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Identify, scope, prioritise and target potential key customers.
Develop a prospect list and identify prospective customers, develop and execut a prospect plan.
Part of a highly networked international matrix environment.
Use your creativity to develop customer relevant solutions including non-interest income solutions.
Manage complex and structured accounts and work collaboratively with the credit team and other internal functions.
Work closely with wider group of companies to develop any of their identified opportunities.
Use your experience and finely honed relationship building capability at senior levels in organisations to build long lasting partnerships within organisation.
You will be comfortable preparing and presenting documentation for review in credit and risk approval committees.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

10 - 15 years’ asset finance industry.
Strong track record of building new business.
Strong influencer and excellent in (remote) stakeholder management, able to effectively navigate on all organisational levels.
Strong change leader with robust negotiation and influencing skills.
Excellent business English (both spoken and written).
Degree Educated.
Knowledge of the regulatory requirements for financial service industry preferred.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
