KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Manage the day to day performance of your team; flow of work from quotation, credit applications through to documentation being signed and returned.
Ensure a a joined-up approach with field sales force and partners.
Close connection to sales support team to ensure smooth hand off to enable our partners to be paid on time.
Organising the team to ensure proactivity in finding further business opportunities.
Provide key communications to the team to ensure operational excellence.
Identify root causes of process issues and managing resolutions.
Work on key process improvement projects.
Determine, monitor and manage team service levels.
Lead the digital transformation within the team of the new tools and systems that are being rolled out across the business.
Manage the pricing for finance schemes for the E-Commerce System.
Drive pipeline Management within the team.
Implementation of sales initiatives to drive new business.
Monitor usage of CRM System.
Work with marketing to support your team with an annual marketing plan.
Support the Sales Director and Program managers with sales reviews.
Performance management and appraisals of team members.
Work with the training manager to develop high impact training for the team.

Technical Leasing Knowledge.

Although this is an Internal Sales Team Leader role; you will have a strong background in operations; ideally within asset finance and leasing.
