Job Description :

J2598 - Our client is seeking an IT Vendor Sales Executive currently working in Asset Finance / Channel Partner with ambition and energy to maximise finance sales opportunities for assigned vendor within assigned territory. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Essex / E Mids / M1 Corridor (Watford to Yorks)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Pre-vet all prospective client Credit applications.
Prepare Salesforce file details for formal submission to Credit Committee.
Provide Pricing and structural support on all quoted transactions.
Devise and gain approval for vendor programs
Ensure all necessary documentation is present and correct, in line with credit approval; to ensure risk to the business is minimised and controlled.
Work closely and effectively with the vendor sales team.
Feedback errors in a constructive and supportive manner.
Take responsibility and ownership of queries to ensure any issues which may result in a delayed pay out are communicated back to the Sales team and management immediately.
Ensure transactions are paid to introducers in a timely manner.
Prioritise ‘urgent’ deals and understanding their importance.
Close and regular liaison with Sales, Operations and Credit functions.

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written.
Experience of working in a targeted environment with tight deadlines.
Minimum of 12 months experience working in a Service lead environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle pressure without comprising on accuracy or quality.
Good understanding of the Financial Services and IT Industry.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
Strong level of numeracy and literacy.
Self-motivated with a natural sense of urgency
Open mind-set, flexibility and start-up mentality.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
