J2671 - Our client is seeking a Sales Support Co-ordinator to prepare, approve and monitor new business transactions for system loading and financing. You will ensure that they are documented correctly and meet all risk conditions before funding. This position will work closely with both risk and processing teams. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Identify if units to be financed are trade in or vendor transfers.
Check that all documentation is correctly completed.
Validate that equipment to be financed meets internal requirements / company policy.
Check all necessary funding lines have been approved.
Check and print HPI registration check validating no finance house registration exists.
Check Vendor invoice for compliance with equipment details.
Validate any payments to the vendor with documentary evidence of third party confirmation in writing.
Ensure that all submitted equipment for financing is completed in order to meet payment SLA.
Where required contact dealers pro-actively to resolve any documentation deficiencies that prevent funding.
Ensure that all invoices to be funded are sent to the processing team for loading and funding to meet agreed deadlines.
Prompt and pro-active responses to customer requests.
Immediate phone contact to discuss documentary issues.
Efficient deal processing to meet customer expectations.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Degree educated or equivalent work experience.
Financial services / asset finance / leasing / instalment credit experience preferable.
Experience in telephone account management or associated customer based communication.
Interaction with others is critical to the role and is crucial in both directing customer behaviour and ensuring team strategy is effective.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
