KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Identify suitable sources of business, develop and maintain lasting relationships with them to maximises business opportunities.
Act as a main point of contact from initial contact to deal structuring and closing.
Complete customer proposals for large and complex transactions.
Experience of leasing documentation from both a customer and a legal perspective.
Confident in providing pricing in line with funders and profitable margins.
Knowledge of taxation and balance sheet accounting.
Accountable for the growth of the project division.
Self-motivating and self-managing.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

A proven track record of new business origination ideally within the NHS and wider Public Sector markets.
Significant experience of successfully bringing on board new introductory sources and possessing a good knowledge of the asset finance market.
Experience of financing a broad range of big ticket assets.
Skilled in structuring transactions to meet customers cash flow requirements and maximising yield.
Detailed knowledge of key credit requirements to achieve the required credit approval.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
