 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the main contact point for specified dealers, ensuring efficient proposal flow and conversion into new business .

  • Proactively contact specific dealers as agreed with sales management to handle their sales enquiries and converting them into new business through effective negotiation and follow-up.

  • Monitor and review KPIs and SLAs with specified dealers, ensuring agreed sales conversion rates and service quality are achieved.

  • Manage documentation completion requests from dealers, whilst continuing to develop the use of POS by dealers.

  • Participate in introductory source reviews in a timely fashion ensuring all dealers remain valid and compliant.

  • Deal with specific queries from introductory sources, providing required information that enhances our overall relationship. 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Broad knowledge and understanding of commercial finance specifically within the sales aid vendor finance market.

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to influence and negotiate.

  • Ability to work under own initiative, but also as part of a dynamic sales team.

  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills. 

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
