 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement the sales strategy to develop the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Introducers and new business.

  • Work closely with other departments to identify business barriers and agree strategies which will support sustainable business growth.

  • Consider the strategic long-term development of relationships with identified introducers taking market movements into account and plan, manage and implement structural and strategic plans accordingly.

  • Undertake formal and informal monthly, quarterly and annual performance reviews with the Introducers in order to deliver growth, and set them goals and targets in line with overall business objectives and targets.

  • Recruit, induct, train, develop and coach new Introducers in order to deliver sustainable growth and provide them with an outstanding level of service.

  • Attend regular team meetings to recognize success and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Communicate and share best practice amongst the sales team and across the wider business.

  • Follow up on regular marketing activity and take appropriate action in order to continually increase new business and improve quality and service levels.

  • Monitor competitor activity within the channel and implement action plans to ensure the company profile is maintained and improved.

  • Present and manage own pipeline of proposals to both the business and Funders to enable

  • approvals and manage through to activation of the agreement.

  • Manage the entry of all new business into the CRM updating, to enable effective reporting and management of both End Customer’s and Introducers. 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • You must be extremely delivery focused .

  • A sales professional with in excess of 3 years in sales ideally with experience in the Energy Sector or within Receivables Finance

  • Good grasp of IT and ability to use CRM and excel.

  • Comfortable operating within a small management structure as part of a growing SME.

  • Understanding and awareness of finance products used within the asset finance and/or banking environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence peers and Introducers.

  • Strong attention to detail and service ethos.

  • Able to communicate complex and technical issues clearly and succinctly.

  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating at Senior Management Level.

  • Track record on delivering on sales targets.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
