You will be an expert in equipment leasing with responsibility for delivering against the expectations and interests of stakeholders, by growing the leasing portfolio on a direct sales basis.

Excellent salary plus bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Mids.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grow the leasing portfolio on a direct (to customer) basis to achieve a blend of targets including revenue, profit, balance sheet growth, portfolio mix, risk and costs.

• Acquire new customers, originate and execute new transactions within the risk profile mandate.

• Complete and submit credit proposals on a timely manner.

• Day to day management of the regional portfolio; including presenting proposals to Credit Committee.

• Maintain the relationships with internal functions and the wider stakeholders base.

• Work independently as well as part of a deal team. 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Asset Finance and Leasing expertise.

• Knowledge of market products.

• Ability to generate leads.

• Credibility and gravitas to represent the business in a professional manner.

• Highly motivated and ambitious.

• Good/strong Risk knowledge.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
