Job Description :

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​J3026 - Our client is seeking 2x Sales Support Executives to establish and maintain strong working relationships with sales staff, vendors and customers by providing an excellent support service to maximise the sales effort.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide vital admin assistance and support with transactions passed to the team.

  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Provide pricing, search bureau (early risk assessment), system entry, file creation and credit submission support within the Sales Support team to ensure a quick and seamless transaction delivery for vendors and customers.

  • Maintain and compile reports as necessary for Management Team or Vendors.

  • Ensure the recording of all proposed and actual contracts and the status of their progress during the deal journey is completed.

  • Liaise with departments to progress the transactions being managed by Sales Support

  • Post Risk approval. Liaise with stakeholders to prepare finance contracts and other associated documentation.

  • Communicate with the customer. Resolving any queries in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Answer enquiries from brokers, vendors and customers relating to sales and prepayout issues.

  • Take ownership of the call and see it through to fruition regularly updating the customer.

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales Support to deliver a seamless customer experience for vendors and customers (including Internal Departments) with transactions being handled by Sales Support.

  • Identify, record, investigate and resolve vendor, broker or customer complaints in a timely manner.

  • Support the team to achieve the targeted income growth objectives. 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Previous customer service / sales support experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to listen, develop relationships and understand their needs at all times.

  • Knowledge of our products, systems, processes and policies within Asset Finance and Leasing.

  • All round team member who will be willing to get involved in issues and areas outside of their specific job role as required within a small company environment.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
