Salary: £23,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits. Location: UK, London (Hybrid)

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Dealing with Customer Queries and Requirements: providing help and advice to Customers by telephone, email and letter.

  • Respond promptly and completely to both sales and customer enquiries in a professional manner.

  • Ensure phones are answered and messages responded to within a timely manner.

  • Processing of direct debit cancellations within the timeframes given.

  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access etc. to produce correspondence and document and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases.

  • Liaising with external contacts.

  • Maintaining office supplies.

  • Organising meeting rooms and providing beverages where necessary.

  • Provide assistance to the Collections Team when necessary.

  • General Ad hoc Administrative assistance.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
