You will have financial analysis and modelling experience and be able to demonstrate a lateral thinking mindset, a drive for self-improvement and for learning on the job.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and enhance the credit reporting and monitoring frameworks which meet the requirements of various internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of credit reports to the Board and Credit Committee.

• Interpret the information and suggest actions for consideration by the business based on the credit reports.

• Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures which cover industry guidelines and statutory regulations (e.g. treating customers fairly, anti-money laundering and data protection).

• Collaborate with Technology and other teams to enhance credit system and processes.

• Provide credit input on other company projects and initiatives. 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• 2-5 years of quantitative experience.

• Ideally educated to degree level with a background in Finance, accounting, or other related fields.

• Advance skills with MS Excel and experience with modelling software (e.g. SQL).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data.

• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and efficiently both verbally and in writing to peers and senior management. 

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
