K3210 - New Leaf Search has partnered with the captive finance arm of a global provider of technology services in their search for a Business Development Executive. You will grow the IT finance program pipeline and sales across Germany by supporting, managing or leading the origination and/or closing of sales opportunities by driving the successful establishment of profitable, efficient, and trusted interaction with vendor and reseller sales teams and ultimately their customers.
Salary: c€80,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: Germany, Munich (Remote).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Target the right resellers, grow a quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage reseller sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value for all involved.

Manage and close opportunities through the establishment of a win-win strategy, ongoing qualification, coordinating all required internal approvals, identification of required resources, management of the solution/proposition development, management of client interactions during the sales process and facilitating the negotiations and closing activities.

Work with the vendor sales and market specific management teams to provide finance and IT centric solutions to complex sales opportunity business problems.

Participate in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for their target market.

Interact with senior management levels at resellers, reseller customers, and/or within wider business, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.

Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

Work closely with assigned vendor BDMs to develop and deliver customer required financing solutions (both reseller and their customers).

Manage large team interaction and work efforts at reseller or their customer in support of the reseller and/or within vendor.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Exceptional relationship building skills and currently networked into the relevant business communities.

Highly self-motivated, individually driven, self-discipline, organized, and focused in conducting sales tasks.

Highly articulate and knowledgeable in finance and industry specific nomenclature, program and structuring methodology, and related finance solution advantages for customers.

Excellent negotiation, mediation, and conflict management skills.

Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Excellent German and English language skills.

Ability to apply out-of-box and multi-dimensional thinking in both discussion and financial solutioning contexts.

Ability to run oral presentations to and for C-Level clientele or group audiences.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
