You willprovide administrative support to the Internal, External Sales and suppliers in order to get deals approved through to activation. Working with funders, assisting with issues and providing regular updates will also be a key responsibility. Building and maintaining customer satisfaction will be your primary goal. You will also negotiate improved rates with Funders and commissions where necessary and have a good understanding of our funders products and be aware of new offerings in the marketplace.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proposal Input onto in house system.

  • Answering telephones in a pro-active manner.

  • Building & maintaining relationships with suppliers.

  • Communicating with funders & customers.

  • Obtaining information to submit a credit story to funders.

  • Negotiating rates with suppliers & funders.

  • Relaying credit decisions to suppliers & customers.

  • Completing lease documentation where required.

  • Chasing suppliers for signed documentation & New Business.

  • Processing Completed Lease Documentation.

  • Any other tasks as directed by Line Manager. 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Good communication and organisational skills.

  • A strong ability and desire to be constantly challenged

  • Exceptional relationship skills to support external colleagues and customers.

  • Experience of managing existing business relationships

  • Confident and with an exceptional telephone manner

  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • A good team player.

  • You will ideally have experience in the asset finance / leasing environment or from a banking background. 

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
