You will be responsible for the quality of activation and payment of agreements by ensuring regular contact with the sales team and by identifying areas of improvement. You will have good customer service experience with the ability to deal with high volume activity.

Salary: £27,000 - £34,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Slough / Thames Valley (Hybrid)

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verify document accuracy and activation before payment to Introducers.

• Build and maintain strong internal relationships with the other departments and colleagues.

• Ensure high levels of communication with internal sales department.

• Maintain relationships with established external dealers and suppliers.

• Attend weekly calls with the sales teams to better understand the priorities.

• Collaborate with internal departments and keep up to date with organisational updates.

• Opportunity to contribute to various projects. 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Self motivated, reliable, enthusiastic; looking to learn and develop in a large organisation.

• Be able to prioritise workload

• Experience of working in a customer service role within an office environment.

• Excellent communication skills. 

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
