Our client a leading financier of hard assets are seeking to hire a Territory Manager to further develop three of its largest commercial vehicle dealers located from the East Midlands to the North East.
Inheriting a performing sales area and with good finance penetration levels already in place you are tasked with building engagement with each dealer to ensure finance is used early and pro-actively to grow each dealers number of unit sales.
You will be responsible for achieving a range of targets including volume , margin , income and value added income from insurance.
You will have access to dealers order pipeline and thus be in a position to target opportunities directly but ideally should be seeking to encourage earlier engagement in the sales process.
Our client provides volume bonuses to dealers to use finance thus these coupled with all the usual benefits of offer finance over cash are strong incentives to engage with our client.
We are seeking applications from those located in the centre of the sales area , ideal location would be South Yorkshire however , we are flexible providing you are not located at either the extreme South or North of the sales area.
You will be home based so must be self motivated, focussed and with a strong commitment to active engage with all the dealers on the sales area irrespective of their location relative to where you live.
Our ideal candidate will have a background that included HGV and LCV financing and that of working with dealers to gain access to customers. This may have been gained with a captive an independent or possibly a leading commercial vehicle finance lease broker.
Those who have a direct background, possibly with a bank asset financier who are experienced in the commercial vehicle finance sector are very welcome to apply, in this instance we will be looking to see in you not only someone who can structure and close a deal with a customer but also someone who operates in such a way to can the dealers confidence to introduce you to their customer.
