Our client a leading broker focussed asset financier are seeking an additional Broker Manager to join their national sales team.
Your role will focus on developing larger scale middle ticket business from lease brokers operating from Birmingham south across the country.
It is anticipated that around 70% of your focus will be on further developing engagement and volumes from existing supporting lease brokers and 30% will be on prospecting and developing new relationships from your own network of broker contacts.
Our client are setting achievable volume and margin targets and offer market competitive terms for brokers which we will be happy to discuss with suitably qualified applicants.
To apply for the position you must live on the sales area and be an experienced broker manager with a record of demonstrable success and also be a generalist rather than a specialist in any one sector or asset class.
You must have a depth of middle ticket experience encompassing, credit write up skills, knowledge of deal structuring, experience of documentation etc.
Applicants who can evidence a deal list of managing to successful conclusion £1m+ size deals sourced via brokers will be the closest of fits.
In addition to the above you will need to be a genuine self starter who sells on service rather than on price, possess gravitas and credibility and have good contacts with brokers that you can tactically and strategically re-leverage to mutual advantage in an exciting new role.
