Our client a leading and highly respected funder are seeking an additional Broker Manager to drive additional business across the North of England from Lincoln North.

Improved pricing to brokers allied to ever improving service levels are seeing unprecedented demand for our clients services and are also leading to a steady increase in the size of deals being offered to our client, where typically average deal size has been £80,000 a significant number of deals to £500,000 and over are now being introduced nationally.

You will take over a sales area that does require development in prospecting and winning new brokers but the targets for the balance of 2021 and 2022 very much reflect the development nature of the sales area.

We will be happy to share with appropriately skilled and experienced applicants the sales targets, the target cost money to brokers and all the details of the earnings plan that that should see a high achiever earn the same £120,000 or more that other performers in the sales team are earning.

Candidate Profile

Our ideal applicant is today a broker manager with experience of a broad range of assets both hard and soft and based anywhere from Lincoln North and with a track record of success.

We are seeking applications from those with middle ticket skills who are comfortable working with a broker to structure a deal to make it happen be that dealing with issues relating to credit, security, documentation or structure or pricing.

Given the above skills we are also willing to consider applications from those with largely a direct to the customer asset finance sales background providing you have the skills to work with and through brokers to achieve your success.

Those from a middle ticket vendor asset finance background may also be considered IF you can demonstrate genuine experience of deal closing as well as your intermediary driven knowledge, those from a small ticket sales aid background should not apply.

Whatever your exact background you will need to be a confident and driven business developer as the area does need redevelopment for reasons we will be happy to share with suitably qualified applicants.
