Our client, a leading international IT financier for whom we have sourced staff in the UK numerous times and also senior business developers in Italy are seeking to add further resource to their highly successful German operation with a focus on hiring an Account Developer local to the Stuttgart area.
You will be deployed on a long established vendor programme where our client has an exclusive pan European contract in place to support larger size corporate business, typically deals > €150,000 in size and deals have been closed to > €10m in size to date.
Your role will be to engage the manufacturers sales and sales leadership teams to encourage pro-active, early and effective use of finance accelerating the sales process and preserving margins whilst you grow lease volumes and lease penetration levels.
Our clients offer the most modern of “as a service solutions” providing finance not only for their manufacturers partners assets but all IT hardware , software and services.
They are very much life cycle management centric, taking deep own book residual value risk to offer the most compelling of propositions to customers.
You will be expected to be able to gain traction at C level across wide variety of functions IE: finance, IT, treasury, tax, purchasing etc to make the business case for alternative acquisitions strategies based on better use of capital by our clients customers.
Excellent career potential exists together of course with uncapped earnings in a bureaucracy free meritocracy.

You must be based within 100Kms of Stuttgart or willing, after a qualifying period to re-locate local the area.
To apply you must have a successful background in IT finance. This may have been gained with a captive IT lessor, a bank or independent or a leading lease broker.

Finally you must possess gravitas and presence enabling you to communicate confidently and effectively whether you are dealing with a Director at our clients partner or a Director at major German prospect.
