Base range up to £75,000 OTE £120,000 + uncapped + car allowance & great benefits.
Our client are seeking a well connected BDM’s to spearhead their entry into the used (and also as appropriate new) vendor driven hard asset sectors of HGV’s, Construction, Materials Handling etc.
With a very broad credit appetite and the ability to finance and also refinance used & new assets both own book and via funding partners they have a compelling proposition to offer vendors particularly of used assets where funding choices are more restricted.
You will be going to market with an objective to achieve a blended average selling rate of 7.5% nominal to vendors but with the ability to fund from 5.5% typically to 10.0% dependent on credit quality, term etc.
Targets reflect the new business nature of the role with expectations of £6m in year 1 growing to £12m in year 2 but with a realistic expectation that a group of performing vendor programmes can , in time deliver £25m a year.
Earnings are uncapped with monthly paid commission and as such the higher numbers you deliver the greater will be your reward.
To apply, and to be offered a salary at the top of the range, you must have a black book of used vendor contacts in the hard asset sector and have the genuine ability to re-leverage these contacts in a timely manner.
Those with lesser hard asset vendor experience and / or fewer contacts to leverage will still be considered but in this instance the base salary will be more like £50,000.
In essence the greater your value and your ability to deliver at a higher level the greater the salary that you can offered.
