Our client a leading global captive HGV financier for whom we have placed staff as far back as 2001 and as recently as this July in a sister division , are seeking an additional Territory Manager to take responsibility for the on going development of two major independent HGV dealer groups that operates across mid Wales , West and East Midlands and Yorkshire and Humberside.
You will work with approximately 15 HGV sales staff that operate across the above sales area to engender early and pro-active use of finance.
Our client provides both stocking finance and retail finance and have a strategic relationship with the dealer group.
Your role will be to achieve volume, margin and finance penetration targets ensuring that our client are first choice finance partner by providing a high quality and responsive service that helps your customer close deals more quickly by early and effective use of your products & services.
To apply you must have a depth of hard asset finance sales experience that encompasses some experience of financing of HGV’s , this may have been gained with a major lease broker , a bank owned or independent asset financier or a captive financier.
As the sales area to be covered is large we are ideally seeking applicants living in a range from North West Midlands to South Yorkshire however strongly qualified applicants that live anywhere on the sales area and are willing to travel are encouraged to apply.
Whatever your exact background or location we are seeking applicants who are disciplined, focussed, resilient and hard working and who can think strategically but also act tactically .
You need to be someone who has gravitas and presence and who can command the active support of the sales staff you will receive your business from.
You need to be as comfortable closing a deal with the CFO of a major transport group as you are with a yard foreman or an owner operator or the CEO of your dealer group.
